A battle of the bands competition is taking place, and both Craig's band and Ashley's band are entering. But it turns out
to be a war between the former couple. Craig tries to apologize to Ashley, but she doesn't think he means it. Eventually,
he comes up with the right lyrics for the contest that prove to her that he really is sorry.
When Joey hurts his back, he needs some help around the house, especially with Angela. Caitlin gladly offers to help out.
But she realizes that it's not that easy to discipline the child while still trying to be her friend.
