Ashley's mom and Toby's dad are going out seriously, so naturally, the four people are moving in together, which Toby and
Ashley hate. Toby especially can't stand his new "step-sister" so he decides to make J.T. run a joke campaign against
Ashley for school president. A lot of people end up taking J.T.'s campaign seriously, however, and like him. So Ashley gets
nervous. She bribes J.T. to drop out of the race, and does end up winning. Toby and Ashley have a good bonding moment afterward
and learn to get along.
