Notice that when Emma was looking for some shorts to wear (instead of her stained skirt), Manny suggested that if she had a jacket she could tie it around her waist. But Emma said, "I don't have a jacket, it's like summer outside!". If it was like summer outside, how come Manny, Emma and some of the other characters were wearing sweaters?

Also, the music playing in the background when Toby and Jimmy are playing basketball is the same music that was playing during halftime in "Basketball Diaries".
